Do you use WordPress, Wix, or a page builder?
No. Every site is custom designed and written for your business. You get the files at the end, and customers on a phone can actually reach your number and contact form.
Will it work on a phone?
Yes. We write the site for your offers, photos, and next step: call, book, or visit. We test it on real phones before launch.
Who owns the website when it’s done?
You do. Domain, site files, and visitor stats are yours. Optional upkeep and edits are separate. Skip them and host the site yourself if you prefer.
Can I edit the site myself later?
Day-to-day changes (copy, photos, hours, phone) are usually something we handle if you add the edits option, or you can host yourself. New pages or a redesign get a separate quote.
Do you make logos?
Yes, when the one you have will not work on a truck or a phone. A simple mark can be part of the site. A fuller set of files is $800 and up. Files are yours.
Pricing
How much does a site cost?
A one-page landing is $1,500. A business site is $2,500 for five pages, then +$100 per page after. Same price for a new site or a replacement. Bigger needs are quoted. You get a fixed number up front.
Need something online quickly?
A one-page landing is $1,500. Once copy and photos are in, it is often ready in about a day. Five-page sites still move faster than most agencies.
Is lump sum or monthly better?
Most owners pay lump sum. If cash flow matters more right now, the five-page site is $500 down, then $175/mo with a 12 month minimum. That includes hosting and unlimited reasonable edits (copy, photos, hours, phone). After 12 months, stay on the plan or take the files and host it yourself. Same site either way.
Are there monthly fees after launch?
Not required if you pay lump sum. Optional upkeep is $20/mo to keep the site online with backups. Reasonable edits are a separate +$40/mo. You can skip both and host yourself. The monthly plan is $500 down, then $175/mo, and includes hosting and those edits, with a 12 month minimum.

How long does a site take?
Most five-page sites are done in a few weeks once your content and feedback are in. A landing page is often about a day after copy and photos arrive.
